Sunstone is variety of feldspar that harbors an orange, peachy and/or reddish color and that often has golden sparkling flakes (often called schiller) from hematite, Goethite, Pyrite or copper inclusions. It's a stone of lightness, happiness, joy and masculine energy. It helps bring more of the sun's energy, strength and vitality into your life and helps lift depressed moods.

Sunstone enables and enhances it’s wearer with self healing powers. It stimulates the vegetative, autonomic nervous system and enhances the harmonious functioning of all the body’s organs. It is quite helpful in cases of exhaustion due to lack of sleep.
